how often do you eat beef leaver?

i have heard it's not good to eat large amounts of beef liver often since it contains massive amounts of vit A, so i eat around 300g once a week and next week i eat around 400g of chicken liver, how much do you eat in a week?

yes, i ate all types of livers since i was a kid so i got used to it, it contains a lot of iron so it has unique taste combined with drier texture.
