How often do you encounter actual muscular men?

I rarely ever do. Only once a month I will see a man with 16+ lean arms and bulging traps.

And when I do then it's usually a very remarkable sight to behold.

Even when it's muscles on one of the very few pitbulls in my city I am miring.

It's an unbelievably effective respect inducer. It's hard for me to wrap my head around how someone could disagree with that.


It should be considered that I don't go to the gym, and don't go out much at all for that matter. Maybe I haven't been oversaturated yet.

I encounter people with a lean/muscular builds maybe twice a month, bodybuilders once a month, and bloated muscles probably 10 times a month

Pretty rare tbh, most men with a big body are usually +20% bf

They look big but mostly because of fat

I used to work with a guy who looked close to natty limit, was in awe of his deltoids ngl
and he was shredded, 10% bf
