How often do you guys feel despair

I feel this every day because of my poor genetics and even the few times where I’m not thinking of it it still dominates my unconscious

a long phase of despair, assisted by me getting addicted to drugs and heavy hatred abt my ancestry, a centered pessimism that hit me like a bus, after it, i became enlightened

its a experience lived, a search to go through, a discovery that leaves a mark, i sacrificed my time, my health, my functions for knowledge

i know now what it takes to live, and live fully

i was the same when i was in higschool but now that im older i can't understand why it's difficult because you can just rot there allday
