I used to look at myself for like 4 hours straight and up to 200 mirror checking years back. Holy shit it was insane. Nowdays I doubt it goes past 15 at home or outside when working. Maybe even less . 5 sometimes.

There's different kinds looking in the mirror,

sometimes you're mirin
sometimes quick check out
sometimes Im doing a long session of staring at myself (normally if I like how I look at a given time
the long sessions of staring at myself can be after shower/bath because it feels right or when I have time simply. Its good to practice some of my lookism poses and movements to make me look better sometimes too.

Its kind of like meditation to just look at yourself in the mirror and like how you look. Makes me feel depressed sometimes because I look good but Im not using my looks for anything and both youth and life is limited
