How often do you SHAMPOO?

I shampoo twice a week with type 1 hair, cowash every day

I’ve been doing it for like 3ish months expecting my hair to adjust to it, but always on the 3rd day of no shampooing it looks kind of greasy. Before I did 3x a week and it never looked oily I’m tempted to switch back but I’m just gonna pray in another month or two my hair oils will fully adjust
