How often do you shower?

I shower 1-2 times a day, always in the morning and on days i go gym: in the morning and after gym.

Where is the never option? Shower is chad only too, that's why it does miracle to them

I used to shower once a day, but when I got depressed that went down to like 1- 2 a week, although I never went outside or did exercise. When I got a job it was after every day and the weekend. I know a few women who can get away with just once or twice a week, but unfortunately I'm male.

Currently unemployed and don't exercise so its like 2-3 times a week, but I'm trying to get things back on track and start looksmaxxing again.
