Could you basically just train neck every day with light weights? Atm I'm just doing a couple sets to failure/Close to in each direction with a plate on my head at home (don't want to do it at the gym as I'll look like I'm practicing to give BJs)

How often can you train neck? Can you truly overtrain it, or does its function as postural support mean it can be trained more often than other muscles groups?

wrestler neck bridges are the best exercise

Yeah, I do those for a bit of fun as a warm-up on upper body days, but I think isolated exercises will probably be less stressful on the spine.

2 times a week 5 sets every session to failure

i only do neck curls

I'm sure most MMA guys do also, but the difference a thick neck makes to dimorphism is significant imo, especially if you're at least average looking and have some height too
