Start twice a week with .025 if you're just starting, and slowly work your way up. When I first started, I foolishly used it everyday and raped the fuck out of my skin barrier, giving me the same skin tone as Mr. Krabs.

Yes, it'll take a while though; just be patient and you'll reap the rewards. Right now I'm alternating between .1 to .05 each day binarily — if I do .1 everyday then I start to flake and redden so this seems to be my limit.
