How often do you wash your hair?

I have 2b hair and I wash it every day wondering if I should do less because it gets frizzy but if I don’t wash it it gets greasy

co-wash halfway through the week

clarifying shampoo once every 2/3 weeks or so, or when my hair feels greasy from products

dont wash your hair daily unless you mean just wetting it to tame it slightly

i mean unless u have ridiculously long hair or are sweating like a pig daily you're not gonna get stinky hair from a couple days

co-washing is just a cleansing conditioner. it cleans your hair without stripping it too much. usually just do it halfway in the week

fuck shampoo nigga don’t let Big Shampoo fool you i literally never shampoo and havent even bought one bottle of shampoo in 10 years (nobody has ever noticed)
i let hairdressers do it though so i guess once every 2 months on average
i take showers everyday though, mainly because my morning hair is crazy so i have to reset and blow dry it

like whatever product i used on it to style it, or neutral if i didnt use anything
ive tested it by telling a few foids after a lot of time has passed seing them and they cant say shit about it because they could have never told
mom and sisters also know because i told them and although they find it disgusting on principle, they admit my hair looks and smells normal
