And what's ideal in your opinion for looks, functionality, hormones, life, etc

I won't share what I think because most wouldn't like to hear it
 
At the moment I am doing a challenge for 100 pullups a day, so every day of the week currently, but usually 3-4 times a week

everything is better than no workout imo.

2-3x/week is ideal i guess(y)

I do 60 Pull-Ups a day 6 days a week.

Also do 200 Push-Ups 3 days a week.

PPL 6 days a week is what im doing rn

anything below 14 percent body fat is cope, after 2 years of gym ur gymmaxed. the first 6 months in gym also causes the highest percent increase in smv ( similar to how newbie gains are high)
 
Strength training 3 times a week and light cardio on the days off
 
Doing a split over 6 days. Probably isn't optimal, but in case this helps anyone else I feel like it's a lot easier to workout regularly when you make it such a regular part of your day. Working out is kind of like brushing my teeth at this point it's just something I do almost every day without thinking about it.

Don't do it no more. I'll find you. You keep working out I'll hold you down and make you stop.

I only brush my teeth about once every 3 days.

I do lots of walking, play with my big dog, and I do stretches mobility drills

When I fix sleep schedule I start maybe calisthenics, sprinting, runninf
