How often should I apply teeth whitening strips?

I bought a 20 pack or teeth whitening strips for like $80 bucks, and i'm wondering how often I should apply them for the greatest effect. I bought the brightest version and according to reviews they last a couple of months. I bought the crest ones.

have you ever tried coconut oil to brush your teeth? I’ve always had yellow teeth and I was insecure because of them and I started brushing with coconut oil and now I have pearl white teeth just one month after starting with it.

Yes, even at 45% Carbamide Peroxide (only 15% H2O2), I had pretty good results.
Much more economical than whitening strips too.

just put like the amount of one rice in coconut oil, maybe two, and brush your teeth normally. You should put it in the fridge so it will be in a solid state and it will be easier to brush your teeth. Try it.
