How often should I apply tretinoin?

in fact I even apply a layer of moisturizer between the tret and my skin as a buffer in case. Even then it nukes my damned skin

Yes, .1 its the highest u should def go slow personally i would get used to lower % first

You shouldn’t have started off with 0.1% since your skin isn’t used to it, 0.025% would’ve been better

Start 2x a week and see how your skin responds

0.1% is a really strong dose... After months of 0.05% my skin couldn't handle it still. Start every other day maybe every three days and moisturise a lot.

Thats what my derma told me too. I abandoned tret tho, been a year since I last used it. Absolutely saw no result. Maybe I shouldve sticked with it longer.

1 time first week, 2 times second week, 3 times third and so on

Apply after washing your face, wait 1h or so for it to be absorbed, put moisturizer and go to sleep.

You’ll start shedding skin but it’s normal, just keep on using it
