I did it once a week at 0.75 mm then switched to 1mm a few weeks later. You pretty much want the area as red as possible since you want a lot of blood to rush to that area since blood is what nourishes the hair follicles. I cant imagine doing that 3-5 times a week you could damage your skin which would have the opposite effect. Also minox eyebrows as well and dye them if they are light if you really wanna min max

Edit: Also it should hurt a bit since you're literally stabbing a bunch of little needles into your skin so dont stop if it hurts a bit, you might also bleed very slightly which is fine and also rare with 1mm

if the skin goes against the orbital bone it should be fine but i'd be careful to not accidently poke the skin thats on the eye and in between the orbital bone and eye

Derma stamp once a week at 0.5 mm to 0.75 and wait then apply minoxidil every night
