there is no rule bro it depends on ur individual genetics and stuff like shbg and the rate you convert it to estrogen. generally though, you will have better ratio the more frequent you inject it, ideally daily in microamounts. the only way to know though is to do it for 2 months, get blood tessted, and reassess based on that

for just 125mg you will prob be fine, but without hcg ur balls will shrivel and you may lsoe fertility (prob temporarily). hcg prevents this, and is healthier to use in conjunction, but problem is it does spike estrogen a bit.
