How often should I use moisturizer on my face?

How often should I use moisturizer for better collagen? I have the cerave one

no problem. 2 times a day is also the normal amount to wash your face (unless you do exercise and get sweaty) so moisturize after washing face

With water or are you talking face wash? Cus I usually just use water and moisturizer in the morning, and then my full skincare in the evening

I don't even use face wash I use soap.
