how often should you bonesmash to not get side effects?

is like every 3 days for 10 mins good? i really dont want to cause nerve damage
 
Nigga bonesmashing wont do shit exepct for 1-2 days if you knock very hard

10 minutes seems pretty excessive to me. I've had good results with doing just 100 strikes per area 2/3 days. For more intensity just hit harder instead of longer; there's pretty good research behind this. But you don't necessarily need a lot of intensity, just aim for some kind of bone soreness the next day. For avoiding nerve damage it seems like the material of the implement is actually much more important, and anything too unyielding might be dangerous territory. Your hands should be enough, just make fists and if you need more intensity squeeze your fists more for added stability, which will translate to a harder impact but the actual striking surface is still flesh. Nerves seem to need some ability to move under pressure, you don't wanna crush them with some shit like a hammer

i did for 10 mins yersterday and my slightly recessed chin got fixed

Its from swelling 2 days after you got back that recessed chin
