How often should you get a new computer?

I've had my current computer for nearly 3 years now.

That being said, it's beginning to run like shit as of late. It overheats super fucking fast and chrome has a 50% chance of crashing whenever I open it

Do you think it's too soon to get a new laptop or should I buy one when a sale comes around?

Replace your computer as often as you replace your gf

That is, every 3 months
