how many times a week would you guys recommend to train neck if your neckmaxxing?

What was your splitDo it 1x or 2x a week. Go to failure. Had decent fast results from this.
Bodyweight stuff. 2 exercises. They're isometrics (holds). Red Delta project on youtube has a vid on them. You basically get on your fours and pin your forehead on the edge of a couch, then you lift your hands and hold the weight of your body using your neck muscles and knees. Same for back of the neck.What was your split

Might add side raises later on too.
It grows rather quickly. I've trained it this way like 4-5 times. Heavy duty style, you take a lot of rest days and recover fully.Thanks. At what point did you start noticing results?
