I just wet my hands and run then trough my hair then towel dry it then put some sea salt spray on it and air dry

Idk i cant really dnell myself but i use deodorant sometimes and cologne sometimes

It depends what I’m doing that day, I often like to shower before events and also after the gym so often 1-2 times per day.
