I try to leave 2-4 day gaps between every "nut day"

It just feels that much better when I do nut and on the in-between days, my T feels maxed out

Exactly this. When I did 5 days abstinence for NNN I felt so good, and porn actually felt the most enjoyable in like 2 years

I don't have it scheduled, I just do it when I feel like doing it, which is most days lol. When I'm busy I won't though.
