Once you can just fast for a while shit gets very easy, focusing on calories in calories out works for sure, but if you just signifantly delay your eating period your body you don't need as much at the end of the day.

I'll be doing hcg(1000mcg per week), test (150mg) ostarine 25mg, aromasin 6.25mg EOD (and I'll be doing test eod as well to avoid hormone spikes)

And I'll prob do enclo with hcg and aromasin when I'm ready to stop test, I'll run test for a bit after my ostarine is done.

I wanna have hcg the whole time or atleast most of it to maintain lh and fsh
