No, not that much, 40-50k afaik. It's still a lot, but he doesn't charge 100k for MLF3, literally no one would buy it. Supply/Demand

Okay, but literally nothing can improve the midface more, as one single surgery, than MLF3. Obviously if he does end up agreeing to it, I'll tell him not to cut my maxilla out of the surgery. What I mean by this is that theoretically, the MLF3 is a LF3 cut that doesn't involve the Lefort2 area. That's what a guy on jawsurgeryforums told me.
If that's true, and I call BS on it, then why on earth would you want to have it done since the LF2 cut involves the entire maxilla?
If I'm gonna have MLF3 done on my face and have to pay 50k for it, then I want him to move my entire midface forward as much as possible with a heavy emphasis on the entire maxilla and zygos. My orbitals aren't excellent but I don't have too many issues with them. I need zygos and maxilla.
