Being fr unless ur hardmaxxing and need advice, this place is mostly to rot, if u have been here for more than a year u should already know most of the natural things u can do to change ur face, even a month should be enough just doing daily research.

At 23yo, u should be having a job/studying or doing what u like, maybe having a relationship with a female if u can/want
