How over for it is me at 21 and what can I even do?

Is there anything I can do, to even improve my face, I do not have acne or anything, I am really tan from mt2, but I have a lot of fine lines and texture, which is absolutely hate. One of my eyes and eyebrows is like 1.25 bigger than the other and my jaw on one side is hella asymmetric. I know my bones are my bones, but that just sucks dick. Is there anything I can do that can just give me a 15% boost in texture and fine lines going away or am I just cooked like this forever.

I appreciate that, but what can I do to be better, I also very recessed and have the inability to not mew and jutt in every flic it sucks, but I rather do unnatural facial positoning then take a chance on looking even more fucked
