How over is it for me?

17 years old 187cm. Was a retard and got a buzz cut during the summer so I'm currently growing my hair out. I'd like to at least go from hltn (haven't been rated before but thats where i'd say i'm at) to a solid mtn as fast as possible. Do I have potential for that? I think one of my biggest failos are my acne scars and I'm considering getting chemical peels or laser for them. Also fuck my big ass greek nose and nonexistent upper lip. Any tips to ascend would be much appreciated (could be about any feature, idc if its brutal. I don't want to feel good about myself, I want to ascend). Never posted before so not sure if I attached the images right. I also included one with my acne scars covered up to simulate what I'd look like after clearer skin. Ignore the nd stare haha
