you can definitely see an orthodontist if you really wanted and they will give you advice on your jaw and teeth. Most consultations are free anyway. well .. for me it was.
second, yes. Prominent brow ridge is important for males ofcourse or you will end up looking super feminine. Women have flat brow ridges. You could also get "cat eye" surgery. They basically lift your eyes up and you will be left with no scars. Its what people do when they have droopy eyes or lots of eyelid exposure .
