It’s my biggest insecurity, I eat as much as I can afford and I don’t gain weight, I genuinely wouldn’t wish this shit on my worst enemy. Shit makes me want to rope and I workout 3-4 times a week. What can I do? I probably have bottom 5% body
 
This is the soft body of someone who has not yet fully embraced the physical toil of a productive strength session. Be patient but work hard, eat more if that is what you need, with time results will come.

Are you eating the right stuff. You gotta increase calories. Carbs and olive oil. Put olive oil on top of everything you eat.
 
this is how i changed from 16-19, you need to start tracking your macros and put yourself in a 500 calorie surplus ASAP. lift 3-5x a week, sleep 7-9 hours a day, get 1g per lb of bw protein. do this for a year and see where you are.

I am 6’6 with an 18 inch bidelt it’s brutal
Although it might be because I have no muscle mass, could be 4 inches bigger

i am, but id rather be 6’2-6’3 because I can’t gain weight and I look like a cryptic creature because of it
My door is 6’9 so just put me into perspective of it if you don’t believe me

I got my testosterone tested, I have like 90 percentile levels, 950 NG.
That frame with 950ng is crazy.
Track calories, find a point where you gain a pound per week. Stay there for a year. 150lbs at 6'6 is fucking brutal vro.
