How over is it if I'm balding at the crown?

Looks exactly like my hairline, jump on fin asap.
Take magnesium for decalfication (kinda cope but it has other benefits too) and buy a derminator 2 if you are serious.
You got a derminator 2?

As per what I wrote, I wanted to wait to see finasterides effects on me, now that I can confirm it works well, I'll add in the derminator, yes I am buying one when I get back to Australia. So early march I should have it.

Finasteride is a commitment for many years, so I want to make sure its worth taking.

Yes man, derminator will add both thickness AND regrow your hairline.
Honestly skip cheap dermaroller shit, its not really good in the longer term I'd say because it makes way bigger "holes" than with a derminator. Could lead to bad things in the future, just speculation tho.

In my opinion tho, take fin alone for 6-12 months to see its effectiveness on you, then add other things. Take magnesium/zinc/d3 tho.
Ok I’ll wait on that til after accutane then. I’ll try to get fin and ru. Do you use topicals with the derminator or does it cause regrowth on its own?

How are your side effects?
Indole-3-Carbinole. You can buy it at most supplement shops. It basically is an estrogen-receptor antagonist, it binds to the receptor and prevents estrogen from doing so. Taking it comes from a school of thought that the sides associated with 5AR inhibitors are not due to too low DHT, but rather to too high estrogen in the body. This is because when you take a 5AR inhibitor your E (and T) will rise by 15% or so.
So kind of like finasteride but for estrogen instead of dht? What’s the difference between that and an aromatase inhibitor? That sounds like it’s be good to take anyway(trading a bit of e for extra t)

I have no sides from fin, only thing I notice is, whenever I do nofap, I tend to get blue balls easily.
Well, I don't have my derminator yet, but from what I know, stay away from peppermint oil, its counter productive because it lowers the inflammation caused by using the derminator (you need this inflammation to stimulate regrowth). Other topicals most likely are counter productive too or cope or negatives outweigh positives.

An aromatase inhibitor inhibts aromatase (I know, duh) what that means is that it prevents the conversion to estrogen in the body by inhibiting the enzyme that does the conversion. This is the "finasteride but for estrogen".
I-3-C is kind of more similar to RU, but for estrogen. It competes for estrogen locally at the receptor. Or more specifically, when digested it breaks down into a compound that competes for estrogen locally at the receptor. So it doesn't fuck with the actual levels of estrogen in your body, it just makes that estrogen less effective.

What would you rate this Norwood action? This shits happening fast and it’s really the last thing I need. I think depression/stress and accutane might be accelerating it but who knows. I’m barely 20 ffs.

I’ve got a dermatologist appointment in like 2 weeks, should I ask the dude for fin? I figure fin and ru starting now and try to get my parents to pay for a hair transplant to get back to nw0.

Do you guys really think I should wait bc I’m still developing? You both know how brutal this shit is

brutal recension for that young age ngl

also you reached a stage where thinning can already happen at your crown now. check it regulary

Well this is a gathering place for genetic trash so here I am. Do you guys think regrowth to nw0 is possible or do I need to get an ht and just maintain it?

Regrowth to nw0 is not impossible but highly unlikely. The temples are notoriously difficult to restore. An HT is probably needed.
That said luckily temple recession really isn't a big deal and most normies won't notice or care, especially if you rock a fringe.

Once I fix my skin I want to contrast max by dying my hair and brows like this and using mt2. That would be a huge boost but for the halo to really work I need the hairline.

Really just need to convince my parents and the whole looksmaxing process becomes a lot easier.
