I’m 178cm turned 17 4 months ago , brother is 6’4 19, dad 6’3, mom 5’2, could anything help my height, erda? Infig? Gh+ai? Anything??

178cm isnt horrible, yes take hgh if your growth plates are open, dont know if theyre open? go to the doctors and get a xray. Yes take a aromatase inhibitor if your e2 is high, based off your parents height youre almost done growing maybe youll reach 180cm by the end of your growth, you could possibly hit 6'0 if youre lucky on hgh. and most importantly height alone wont determine if its "over", face matters way more
