Yes, growth-plates don't fully close until 18-25, but it could vary from person to person.

The results won't be much due to partial closure of the growth-plates, but it's possible to grow into your early to mid 20s, just unlikely.

I hit my growth spurt at around 13-14 if I remember correctly and I’ve grown like 2 inches in the past 2 years so it seems like it’s over

You can fraud more height if you posture maxx besides that more than 1 inch legit after 20 is a pipe dream unless you figure out a way to delulu maxx, tales from mumbai say some people delulu maxxed up to 3 inches of additional height
