Yes, growth-plates don't fully close until 18-25, but it could vary from person to person.

The results won't be much due to partial closure of the growth-plates, but it's possible to grow into your early to mid 20s, just unlikely.

I hit my growth spurt at around 13-14 if I remember correctly and I’ve grown like 2 inches in the past 2 years so it seems like it’s over
