In case you're having a bad day, just remember that YOU matter, there's definently someone that cares about you.. an animal, a friend, a familly member. YOU matter, YOU shape your life.
24hours is equivalent 48 600 seconds. Imagine every day you get 48 600 $, and once the day ends it doesn't matter whether you've spent it or not, it's gone. You'd try to spend the most of it, right? So why not do the same with your time. It's running out, you don't see a timer above your head telling you how much time you have left, and you definently won't live forever. Spend every second doing SOMETHING, you never know when it's your last.
