rare everywhere, being tall is already rare so is being lean and then add on the fact that you have to be low inhib to roid and it makes it extremely unlikely that youll see a combination of the 3

also taller people are less likely to roid which also adds onto it, many wont feel the need to workout or roid due to already knowing that being tall beats muscle, hence why you see manlets roiding 10x more often
