I would think USA would be the baseline since its the largest English-speaking country and the cultural center of the world. Europe would probably be a different scale especially northwestern Europe.

I mean maybe in some upscale beach town full of frat bros on spring break that’s possible. In normal life with evenly distributed people among the American population I genuinely estimate top 1-3%.

Well the thing about that is the term “sub 5”. Sub 5 means below a 5/10 which is average. So naturally LLTN would be average. But at the same time most believe HLTN is average.

Honestly we need to remove the sub5 and sub3 tiers and instead just make it so the bottom 30% is subhuman and then MMTN can be average.
