in my personal experience i would honestly say like 1 in 2000, i see hundreds of people every day on the trains n shit in nyc and I see htns maybe once a week at best, sometimes i go weeks without seeing any, could also be an inflated number simply because of how unhealthy so many people are even if they have potential.
