What do u guys think?

I remember, I was able to bench 80kg within 8 months of training. I had zero training experience before gym, not even regular push-ups.

That too I didn't exactly train for bench press. I performed incline dumbbell press for hypertrophy. Just one day in a month, i used to check my bench press max.

Anyways now I've fallen to 60kg after quitting for a long time...

Wonderful

Vishwaguru Subcontinent we live in

Idk specifically what % it is for curries but 100kg bench one rep max is nothing special. Almost every male who goes to the gym even casually can bench 2 plates unless like below 65 kilos and giga manlet or something. I personally took around 30 weeks starting from the empty bar to reach 2 plates but many people who have history playing strength sports can bench 2 plates within a few weeks. I'd consider 250-275+ lbs is when your bench press starts becoming impressive depending on body weight. A proper mogger bench press is 3+ plates minimum

27.5 kg dumbbells for 5 reps rn

Training for 6 months at a gym, before that pushups, pullups, basic shit at home.

5'5, 64 kg :feelswah: around 16-17% bf rn

No clue, but most of my friends tend to average like 187 lbs at base without training and their white, so probably not that rare for curries unless there that much weaker?

That's not bad. You are almost benching your body weight on a dumbell where you are weaker. It's like Average

Actually this reminded me of Zohran's bench press. Barely benched 135 lbs or around 60 kgs and got humiliated for it.

Destroyed curry rep again.. They should have allowed robust dravid Kash to do it.

But you need to take into account that 64 kg at 5'5 is not the same as 64 kg at 6'2.

Lmao no. 100 kgs after 2 months is rare unless you already fairly athletic and play sports.

Why would a dude not be fairly athletic and play sports in today's age? How's that possible, didn't they have parents that would take them to sports?

2 months is crazy, but i think if you cant do it in 6 months then your kinda cooked strength wise because thats how it long it took us to bench 100 and our base was like 70-85ish

especially if your white in america, they will practically force their kid to play some kind of sport like soccer

Do you niggas even go outside? Most Americans are fat, obese and rot in their rooms playing video games on their Ps5. Zoomer jocks are a rarity in our timeliness. The guy that gets all the girls is the 6'3 lanky skinny esports tiktok prettyboy not the Football Team's Quaterback or the nigga that can do a slam dunk.

it depends because there are some niggas who live like this, but most of my friends and whites i knew through high school always say their parents forced them to play sports as a kid and shit and they gave it up in like middle school or they kept going or they changed to other sports like lacrosse or baseball

I literally see it first hand but you don't even have to live just google any stats on obesity rates among young adults in the US. This is common sense

The basketball courts, football stadium, the playground in most American uni are usually empty. People hardly even care about sports these days. College football, basketball games have low attendance consistently.

Most people are just glued to their phones and Laptops using social media, watching anime/netflix, playing video games and harvesting cheap dopamine. The sports culture has long died and this isn't an American thing. It is happening worldwide.

It's not enough time to make such observations.
Average young dude outside fucking mogs period.
Uglies, autists or human wreckages stay indoors in their basement so it does NOT matter that they exist. That is NOT your competition.

Oh yeh I know that, I'm just saying that people still do take sports seriously even if they dont do it that much because theyve either played it as a kid or they have some fantasy football stuff going on

Nah those are bad colleges with a bad rep. Muttmericans go to those. The jocks and stacies are segregated from them, america is elitist as fuck in this regard and it's the country where chad culture and stacy culture are the most prevalent.
I go to UMiami which is one of the colleges your thinking off and even here they all look exactly like that dude, no chance in hell are the average american college goers look like that
