How rare is nerve damage from implants?

Im considering it but i want to know how often nerve damage is seen. Ive read some horrible cases where the person cant even feel there face or they feel crawling ants all over their face. Thats whats kinda throwing me off with implants. The implants that im considering would be infra orbital and brow ridge/forehead implants. Also looking into trimax, want to know how bad nerve damage really is

Some people say they are but I never noticed my chin implant.
