How Realistic/Helpful is this surgery morph

Quick Moprh i did that i feel like massively improves the entire face harmony with not too much chin Movement, if i add in rhino i reckon itd look even better

Im asking tho is this subtle change realistic trough genioplasty? Or it need to be some implants/fillers? Also is the Movement good or could be better?
