I have a class 3 underbite and I am using elastics and Invisalign to help. Im considering getting a rhino.

I hate my nose so much (especially when i smile shown in photo 2) and i could probably get it covered since my septum is deviated.

I think I have sleep apnea and i am getting a sleep study done soon.

I honestly just want to look better and I feel like all my issues are linked.

your maxilla is very recessed, u got a nice mandible tho, elastics and invisalign wont save this, and a rhinoplasty is just covering up a symptom not the cause, a lefort 1 would be beneficial for a case like yours

How can i get a trimax covered or even just bring it up to like my parents. What will happen if my sleep study shows that my sleep quality is awful and my airway is cooked. Is that when they will start to bring up surgery?

you show them your bite then they take you to the dentist, then the dentist refers you to an orthodontist, then orthodontist gives you appliances and eventually bimax probably in your case. Tell him about your sleep quality, he will xray your airways and know, so youll probably be ensured.
