Your maxilla isnt horribly recessed or anything dont worry it is fixable with surgery/orthdontics and maybe also steroids but it depends

Ngl g I’ve taken steroids before anyway made me more masculinised and helped with my beard and possible bones slightly bear in mind I took at 19. Fucked me hair up a bit tho , would mse/ marpe be ideal for me ?
