Looks slightly recessed. Can't say if it's extreme or mild, but there is some recession. One of the major sign is just your nose & midface, if your maxilla was forward grown then your nose would've been small & straight and your midface would've been short/compact(ideal). But still get CBCT scans to know accurately what the actual problem is

Nope breathed through my nose since i was born, my palate is also pretty wide so my airways are good
