im pretty disciplined in terms of a cal surplus. i used reta to get down to 12-13% bf now im trying to gain .4 pounds a week until i hit 15% bf then mini cut again with reta. i have a good frame and a decent begginer-intermediate physique(peak 5'8 146 225B 275S i never dl)(now 5/8 138.5 210B). If you are natural I would probably stay away on a bulk. But as a natural you need to bulk intellegently because you don't want to become an obese bloatcel from bulking. Unless you are 14-17 and going through puberty, I STRONGLY recommend you to not go above your maintence by 400-500 calories. Going above this will guarantee putting on significant adipose tissue.

Not at all, can actually help you stay within a small surplus, people tend to overeat on a bulk. Some people just have massive hunger.

I’m not on gear. I’m 21 and have intermediate strength and a high beginner physique. I’m natty obviously so is that a no go on the small doses of Reta on a lean bulkLots of pro bodybuilders do this, but I would probably only recommend this if you are on gear.
