i once unknowingly slammed my cuboard door onto my face. it gave an abnormal growth near my eye. i immediately applied ice for a lot of time. after 4 days it went back to normal. considering, your number of questions, i guess, its too late now. try cutting down on all forms of calcium/milk for a long time. you might see some osteoporosis on the bone smashed site, since its recently developed. keep applying ice to reduce inflammation. if nothing else works, go for some bone removal surgery.
