Depends if speaking on a local or national level and the country. If in first world countries in Europe or USA, Canada, etc—low 7 figure net worth is enough to influence local elections imo. National—9 figures.

I don’t think any individual person can rig elections though. Intel agencies associated with the state likely can though.
