@RealSurgerymax

would you ever perform LF3 on non syndrome patients?

and does LF3 address all of the below flaws?

-flat midface/recessed maxilla
-recessed mandible
-bug eyes
-asymmetry

though my recession is minimal,. I want to address all flaws in one procedure.

how much would this roughly cost and can you include implants along with LF3?

dude, they literally peel the skin off ur face and basically cut your skull in half. You have to be insane to want lefort lll for cosmetic reasons, hence y many surgeons do not do it for cosmetic purposes.

mandible recession is minimal but my maxilla is flat. LF3 doesn't just address recession, it addresses areas of the orbital socket (mine is recessed). I also have asymmetry which LF3 will address.

If I simply wanted to address recession, I'd do a bimax. If anyone is retarded, it is you. Taking risks doesn't make anyone retarded if they aware of the risks.

Risky enough for no surgeon to want to do it.
Obviously doesn’t fit their desired risk/reward profile.

Just do bimax + implants

isnt that the same as saddled infras
infraorbital is the lower part of your orbital socket, supraorbital is the upper part. Periorbital includes both upper and lower part.

not gonna entertain kids from tiktok who actively reduce the quality of the forums:lul:
