How risky is mk677?

Im 17 stuck at 5'9 and want to grow tall like the rest of my family is. Is there any downsides to using mk677? Yea yea ik cope but if I can even get 1 more inch Ill be happy. Is it absolutely necessary for me to test my glucose and take berberine? Are there any risks worse than diabetes like cancer or something?
