Why’s there so much conspiracy surrounding fluoride

The only benefit that you'll gain is a fresher mouth with the natural toothpaste, but you will not receive any benefit against tooth decay if it doesn't have fluoride within it.

But In general, dentists dissuade patients from using fluoride-free toothpaste due to the mineral's effects on long-term tooth health

Why is tooth decay so common despite most people using fluoride tooth paste

Lol that’s like asking why world hunger is common despite having McDonalds.

Now I don’t think I have fluoride in my toothpaste nor do I need it. I use an electric toothbrush with a normal toothpaste and mine‘s healthy.

Hmm brushing teeth with toothpaste should be safe if only once every two or three days. For bad breath you can take mints anyways

Dont brush your teeth with jew

You don't swallow it so it should be fine

afaik fluoride can help somewhat but it's still toxic and the natural protection of a healthy mouth mogs anyway. so it's basically a band aid "solution"

if you brush your teeth with it you will still absorb some of it not just into the teeth but body as well, some supplements are specifically recommended to be dissolved under the tongue for optimal uptake

I gave up on trying to avoid fluoride, our water is fluoridated and the skin absorbs so much of it when you take a shower anyway
