Thankfully I have no breathing issues.

But i belive you might have a recessed maxilla giving you that flatness in the midface, also your face is very long which is associated with these types of issue related to bad development of maxilla and maxilla as seen in the attached photos.

Like I said, it's fairly easy to fix with maxillofacial surgery.
