How shitty is my frame?, is it worth working out in my case?

I have no self-confidence at all because of my frame and I think mostly it is because I have pretty severe pectus excavatum and rib flare which makes my chest area look really weird. I also have really bad posture and severe anterior pelvic tilt which I am trying to fix with some stretching exercises atm. I tried to morph my frame, could I achieve that, or anything close to that if I started working out and gain some muscle mass, weight?.
I'm currently 17 years old, 178-180cm 57-59kg.
Thanks!

Decent frame
Shoulders are wide but waist is a bit wider than ideal

Looks like you could have a slayer big chest.

Train natty till 20, then roid.
Build the foundation of muscle mass and gain as much gym IQ etc in the next 3 years, then roid like crazy.

Dont fall for the bulking meme.

Thanks, man I will. My friends have lowered my confidence quite a bit because they always tease me because of how skinny I am. Anyways I found this workout program. Will this be fine, to begin with?

Dude listen don’t let anyone get to u people give u shit at the start then they see u getting big and shut up real quick u gotta believe in urself and not need validation or ur fucked. If you need to just go lone wolf no friends sometimes that is better. U have a decent frame but everyone looks skinny with no muscle. Just workout and eat.

Your frame isn’t bad, just untrained. Good thing you are young, 17 is a great time to start training. You have time on your side and raging teenage hormones. You could become pretty seriously muscular by age 20 just by training naturally with a good routine and consistency

My basic advice:

- Lift 3-4 times per week, ideally training every other day. This gives you a rest day after each workout. It is important to give yourself time to let the body recover, especially as a natural lifter.

-Each workout should only be 45-60 minutes long. If you lift for a long time your body will become stressed and produce cortisol which will be counterproductive.

-Focus on heavy compound movements and avoid isolations for now. This will give you the most muscle mass and strength gains. Deadlifts, squats, chin-ups, dips, rows, bench press, overhead press, these are the main exercises to focus on.

-Progressive overload. This means you need to try to make each workout slightly more difficult than the previous one. Add 5 lbs of weight to the bar, or add some extra reps. Gotta push yourself if you want to grow

-Eat a small caloric surplus on days that you workout (+300 extra calories per day)

-Sleep well, ideally 8 hours per day. Sleep is super important for gaining muscle

-Eat a balanced diet, high protein, moderate carbs and healthy fats. Avoid junk food. Stay well hydrated

your frame is average you just look weird because your arms look skinny in proportion to your torso.

unironically gymcel hard and you'll be fine.

you have wide hips but not narrow shoulders so you are o.k.

average frame imo

Wish I had started gym at your age. Was as skinny as you. Now I’m 100kg with abs.
Trust me when I say my bones and muscle inserts are shit for muscles.

I have never seen my abs in my entire life, not even in good lighting. I was skinny until puberty started for me. I got pretty skinny fat and everyone made fun of me because of that until I had a growth spurt and lost 10kg in 2 months. The angle I took that picture does not show how bad my pectus excavatum and rib flaring is. I probably developed it because of bad posture during puberty. Also, I think that I
will have a hard time gaining weight. I barely eat anything. Maybe 1 big or two small meals a day. My appetite is probably shit because of depression and nicotine addiction.

To me it looks like you have slightly narrow clavicles attached to large acromion joints thanks to a larger than average (or at least average) ribcage with joints slightly below average.

Gaining 15kg would do wonders for that physique tbh. Decent base considering how skinny you currently are.

Here's more pictures from different angles. The last pic shows how bad my pe is. Yeah i have narrow clavicles, but imo my shoulders look more narrow than wide tbh.

I was like you. Heavy smoker, no appetite, can’t gain weight. When I started lifting regularly, and I mean regularly my appetite sorted itself out. Body started screaming for food if I ate like I normally did.
