How should bs look like?

I started bs a week ago and at the start I had a bit of bruising but it wasn't rlly visible, and I dont rlly know if I am putting enough power or I am going too hard.

I need som1 to provide a Pic or a vid on how hard I should hit, how the bruise should look like and the places I need to hit(my chin is recessed so I am focusing on that)
